RS Government on Reform Must Improve

The Principal Deputy High Representative, Larry Butler, will hold a press
conference within the next few days, on the RS Government’s record of securing
key reforms that will bring direct and desperately needed benefits to
citizens.

This record is not good.

This is threatening the very real prospects that BiH now has of moving
forward with the EU integration process, attracting investment, creating jobs
and improving living standards.

BiH is entering a new era, and to deliver the benefits of that new era to
citizens, the authorities must move forward, with a clear practical and
political commitment, in order to secure the necessary reforms.
