HR/EUSR Miroslav Lajčák today bode farewell to the outgoing commander of NATO Headquarters Sarajevo, Major General Richard Wightman, and met with his successor, Brigadier General Sabato Errico.

Meeting both generals in Sarajevo, Lajčák commended the valuable role of NATO in assisting BiH authorities in defence reform and Euro-Atlantic integrations, and carrying out important operational tasks in support of the International War Crimes Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.
