Delegation of the European Commission to Bosnia and Herzegovina welcomes the adoption of the laws related to the Roadmap on Visa Liberalisation by the BiH Council of Ministers: the Law on International Legal Aid in Criminal Matters, Law on Border Control, Law on Control of Movement of Arms and Military Equipment, Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorist Activities, Decision on the obligation of mutual harmonisation of Entity, Cantonal and Brcko District legal acts on arms and their harmonisation with the international acts.

Adoption of these laws by the BiH Parliamentary Assembly will be an important step for the country’s progress in the Visa Liberalisation process. The European Commission will continue to monitor the implementation of the Visa Roadmap.
