State level law enforcement and judicial authorities have jurisdiction to operate fully throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina and this jurisdiction must not be challenged and should be fully and unconditionally respected. The entities have a constitutional obligation to comply with the decisions of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Questions on the specifics of SIPA actions carried out by order of the BiH Prosecutor should be directed to those institutions.
