Public call for civil society to submit comments on the draft multi-country projects under the IPA for 2015

The European Commission has prepared and distributed the first drafts for projects under the multi-country IPA for 2015 to National IPA coordinators and requested the submission of possible comments on these documents.

These are the projects:

1. Statistics

2. Improving economic governance and competitiveness

3. EU/Council of Europe Horizontal facility for Western Balkans and Turkey

4. Western Balkans Youth Window under Erasmus +

5. European Integration Facility

6. Regional School of public administration

7. Witness Protection

8. Disaster Risk Assessment and Mapping

9. Rabies Eradication in the Western Balkans

10. Support to SEETO (South East Europe Transport Observatory) Strategic Work Programme 2015-2017

11. Technology Transfer Capacity Building in the Western Balkans

12. Employment and Social Affairs Platform (ESAP)

13. Support to the Western Balkans Investment Framework for Technical Assistance for 2015

14. Joint Assistance to Support Projects in European Regions – JASPERS

15. The Western Balkan Enterprise Development and Innovation Facility (WB EDIF) Coordination

16. Trusteeship agreements with the European Investment Fund and replenishment of the Green for Growth Fund TA Facility

The National IPA Coordinator for Bosnia and Herzegovina invites civil society organizations and the public to submit any comments on these projects to the following e-mail address midhat.dzemic@dei.gov.ba  by Wednesday, 18 February 2015.

Comments should be given in English and refer to the specific text.

Please be reminded that the Multi-country IPA Programme is managed centrally by the European Commission, that is in charge of programming, implementation and monitoring of this programme.
