The High Representative and EU Special Representative, Miroslav Lajčák,meet today with HDZBiH President, Dragan Covic, and SDA President, Sulejman Tihic, to discus further steps to be taken with regard to the implemntation of what has been agreed in Prud on 08 November 2008. The Prud agreement, subsequent meetings and clarifications provided by signatories can help to resolve the issue of property apportionment as well as other issues they have agreed on, as soon as possible.

“Positive thing about the Prud agreement is, that it represents agreemnt between political representatives of the three constituent peoples and therefore is a domestic solution. Dialogue and compromise are the only ways how to resolve issues and move BiH forward. Prud Agreement moves BiH forward from the past year of poisonous atmosphere towards the EU integrations. This chance should not be missed” concluded HR/EUSR Lajčák.
