High Representative and EU Special Representative, Valentin Inzko, and Principal Deputy High Representative and Brcko Supervisor, Roderick Moore, today in Sarajevo met with the Association of Women from the Enclaves of Srebrenica and Žepa. HR/EUSR Inzko introduced Ambassador Moore to Munira Subašić, Head of the Association, as well as to other representatives. Among the topics discussed was the recent visit of the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Serge Brammertz. “The top priority for the region is the arrest and transfer to justice of Ratko Mladic. For this purpose and for bringing justice to all victims of war crimes regional cooperation on the prosecution of war-crimes cases is of utmost importance.”, HR Inzko said. Also on the agenda were the elections on 3 October and the work of the Missing Persons Institute. “I want to assure you of our full support to both the Institute and the search for the missing in Bosnia and Herzegovina”, HR Inzko said.
