National Tempus Office in BiH in close cooperation with the Delegation of the European Union to BiH is organizing Tempus Info Day in BiH which will take place on 09 December 2009 from 10:00 to 15:00 at the Rectorate of the University of Sarajevo, Obala Kulina bana 7/II. All media representatives are cordially invited to attend this event.

The main purpose of the event is to promote new opportunities in Tempus/Erasmus Mundus Programmes, with special focus on the 3rd Call for Proposal under Tempus IV 2007-2013 Programme.

Tempus is the EU programme that supports the modernisation of higher education in the partner countries and it contributes to an area of cooperation in the field of higher education involving the European Union and partner countries. The Education Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) is responsible for the management/implementation of all Tempus Actions under the supervision of the European Commission. Tempus programme has been implemented in Bosnia and Herzegovina since 1996 and the total value of implemented projects is about 27 million EUR.
