Please note:

In order to give all participants who already have experience in using the Youth in Action Programme the possibility to show some of their work, the event will include an exhibition about the Youth in Action Programme in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

You are invited to contribute to the exhibition by bringing a poster with you (which you have prepared in advance), showing a project of your choice that your organisation has organised with the support of the Programme and that you would like to present to the other participants and media present at the event.

We would suggest that you look at the following questions as guidelines for preparing your poster:

– Main facts related to the project, such as dates, where was it hosted? (venue), partners (who, from where?), participants (number, age, background etc.) – Description of the project (type of project (youth exchange, training course, EVS etc.), what was the main focus of the project? What are the most important elements you would like to present about it?) – What were the project outcomes and results? – What were the benefits of the project for the partners and participants /volunteers involved? What did they get out of the project? – Was there an added value for the local community where the project took place? – Is or was there any follow-up to the project?

Please add any visual materials, photos etc. you would like.

You are also welcome to bring other materials about your organisation and its work.

In order to help us plan the space for the exhibition, please let us know together with your confirmation, if you will participate in the exhibition
