Center for Promotion of European values “Europlus” in cooperation with RC “Sloga”, Doboj, organized a mini-tournament in handball, which included fifty children age up to ten years, students of three elementary schools in Doboj.

The main goal of this tournament was a friendship gathering and developing a sense of solidarity among children, as well as highlighting the need for constant struggle against poverty and social exclusion.

Children, participants in the tournament were divided into four teams with the title: “Children for children”, “United in diversity”, “Stronger Together” and “Friend for friend”. In the audience, among others, were children without parental care are placed in a Friendly home and in the Home of the Social Service Doboj, as well as children from the Roma association “Golden Wheel”. In the wonderful sports-friendly atmosphere, small athletes competed for three prizes which consisted of packs of candy. They gave their prizes to their peers-fans, after the competition.

Hanging out and sharing the prizes, the children were in the best way to show their sincerity and desire to help their peers.
