Young people and students from across Bosnia and Herzegovina will have the opportunity to engage in direct talks with companies and potential employers, and obtain useful information on educational opportunities during the Education and Jobs Fair in Mostar on 27 November.
The Fair, gathering around 150 employers, local and international educational and employment projects, non-governmental sector and employment brokers, and offering up to 1,500 jobs, will be hosted by the Office of the EU Special Representative in BiH and the Embassy of Norway.
Education and Jobs Fairs, held in Zenica in November 2014 and in Banja Luka in March 2015, gathering representatives of employers, employment brokers, international organizations and projects, NGOs, formal and informal education institutes, achieved outstanding results. They had 18,000 visitors from across the country, 2,289 people were employed through activities that were organized during and after the Fairs, and 12,496 CVs were collected.
The Fair will take place from 11:00 to 17:00 on Friday, 27 November, in Mepas Mall in Mostar. The stands will be organized in pavilions:
- Pavilion 1 – employers: manufacturing, tourism, IT, construction, employment of women with disabilities;
- Pavilion 2 – education: local and international programs in formal and non-formal education sector;
- Pavilion 3 – employment brokers and agencies: Posao.ba, BoljiPosao, Innovation Centre Banja Luka, Mostar INTERA, REDAH.
